Zhongrui mobile skid-mounted steam boiler is an innovative, flexible, and high-performance boiler system independently developed by Yangzhou Zhongrui Boiler Co., Ltd., integrating advanced manufacturing technology and practical application experience. It is designed to meet the demand for on-demand, mobile steam supply in various industries and scenarios.
The boiler adopts a skid-mounted integrated structure with a compact layout, featuring efficient heat exchange components and intelligent control systems. This design ensures excellent heat transfer, rapid steam generation, and stable operation, while its mobility allows for easy relocation between different sites.
Delivered as a fully assembled unit on a skid, it enables ultra-fast on-site deployment. Except for the connections of water, fuel, and electricity, no complex civil construction or lengthy installation procedures are required, significantly reducing the time and cost of getting the boiler into operation.
Each boiler undergoes rigorous factory inspection and comprehensive commissioning to ensure its performance, safety, and reliability during mobile operations. The system mainly consists of a robust boiler body, high-efficiency combustion device (or electric heating elements, depending on fuel type), intelligent control system, top-grade instrumentation and pumps, steam header, and other integrated accessories, all engineered for durability and efficiency in mobile environments.
The Zhongrui mobile skid-mounted series is characterized by its mobility, quick deployment, adaptable fuel options (available for oil, gas, or electric heating as needed), and consistent steam output. It is ideal for a wide range of applications, including emergency steam supply, construction sites, oil & gas fields, temporary industrial production, and mobile maintenance operations, where flexible and reliable steam access is crucial.

Amid the global energy scarcity, China-Swiss Group joined hands with the Royal Institute of Technology in February 2010 to establish "Nanjing China-Swiss Boiler Co., Ltd. ". Relying on international talent and technological advantages, the company timely introduced Europe's most advanced energy-saving and environmental protection technologies, and launched the "China-Swiss" brand of oil-fired, gas-fired and electric boilers using clean energy as fuel.
In July 2010, "China-Swiss Boiler" was awarded the title of "Most Environmentally Responsible Enterprise" at the 4th Shandong Green Expo.
In November 2011, the group further expanded and established "Yangzhou China-Swiss Boiler Co., Ltd. ". In 2012, it launched an OEM cooperation with a boiler manufacturing company in Jilin Province, leveraging the manufacturing resource advantages of Northeast China's old industrial base for resource complementarity and exploring the northern market.
In July 2015, Yangzhou China-Swiss Boiler Co., Ltd. Obtained the Class B Boiler Manufacturing License and launched the high-efficiency condensing waste heat recovery gas-fired steam boiler, with a thermal efficiency of 96~103%. The product fully complies with the global development trend of low-nitrogen economic technology advocated at the Copenhagen Climate Conference.
In January 2025, Yangzhou China-Swiss Boiler Co., Ltd. Obtained the Class A Boiler Manufacturing License and launched the fully premixed vacuum/phase change hot water unit, with a thermal efficiency of 96%~108% and nitrogen oxide emissions below 20mg/m³.
In addition, the company has independently developed a series of products, including condensing indirect heating hot water units (boilers), condensing vacuum hot water units (boilers), condensing atmospheric pressure hot water units (boilers), flue gas waste heat recovery organic heat carrier (heat transfer oil) boilers, biogas boilers, environmentally friendly coal-fired boilers and biomass boilers.
Shouldering the responsibility of energy conservation and emission reduction, China-Swiss Boiler maintains close cooperation with many large enterprises at home and abroad.
