Mobile Pot-type Skid-Mounted Hot Water Boiler Room
Zhongrui mobile skid-mounted hot water boiler is an innovative, flexible, and high-performance boiler system independently developed by Yangzhou Zhongrui Boiler Co., Ltd., integrating advanced manufacturing technology and practical application experience. It is designed to meet the demand for on-demand, mobile steam supply in various industries and scenarios.
The boiler adopts a skid-mounted integrated structure with a compact layout, featuring efficient heat exchange components and intelligent control systems. This design ensures excellent heat transfer, rapid steam generation, and stable operation, while its mobility allows for easy relocation between different sites.
Delivered as a fully assembled unit on a skid, it enables ultra-fast on-site deployment. Except for the connections of water, fuel, and electricity, no complex civil construction or lengthy installation procedures are required, significantly reducing the time and cost of getting the boiler into operation.
Each boiler undergoes rigorous factory inspection and comprehensive commissioning to ensure its performance, safety, and reliability during mobile operations. The system mainly consists of a robust boiler body, high-efficiency combustion device (or electric heating elements, depending on fuel type), intelligent control system, top-grade instrumentation and pumps, steam header, and other integrated accessories, all engineered for durability and efficiency in mobile environments.
The Zhongrui mobile skid-mounted series is characterized by its mobility, quick deployment, adaptable fuel options (available for oil, gas, or electric heating as needed), and consistent steam output. It is ideal for a wide range of applications, including emergency steam supply, construction sites, oil & gas fields, temporary industrial production, and mobile maintenance operations, where flexible and reliable steam access is crucial.
