In November 2011, the group further expanded and established "Yangzhou China-Swiss Boiler Co., Ltd. ". In 2012, it launched an OEM cooperation with a boiler manufacturing company in Jilin Province, leveraging the manufacturing resource advantages of Northeast China's old industrial base for resource complementarity and exploring the northern market.

In July 2015, Yangzhou China-Swiss Boiler Co., Ltd. Obtained the Class B Boiler Manufacturing License and launched the high-efficiency condensing waste heat recovery gas-fired steam boiler, with a thermal efficiency of 96~103%. The product fully complies with the global development trend of low-nitrogen economic technology advocated at the Copenhagen Climate Conference.

In January 2025, Yangzhou China-Swiss Boiler Co., Ltd. Obtained the Class A Boiler Manufacturing License and launched the fully premixed vacuum/phase change hot water unit, with a thermal efficiency of 96%~108% and nitrogen oxide emissions below 20mg/m³.

In addition, the company has independently developed a series of products, including condensing indirect heating hot water units (boilers), condensing vacuum hot water units (boilers), condensing atmospheric pressure hot water units (boilers), flue gas waste heat recovery organic heat carrier (heat transfer oil) boilers, biogas boilers, environmentally friendly coal-fired boilers and biomass boilers.
